My city, Rauha (Naboo, Starsider Galaxy) puts on events every so often. We throw parties, have raffles, and even have contests every so often. One of our recent events was the Joke Contest, which was put on by one of our citizens.
Of course, I didn't want to reveal too many of the jokes that were told that evening, but you can get the feel for the event in this movie.
