Player cities are unique to Star Wars Galaxies. Players are able to form their own cities and run it, much like a real mayor would run a city. There were tri-weekly elections, and players are allowed to vote for or against their current mayor.
Player cities were placed on November 13, 2003, for the first time. This movie is a dedication to the cities which had survived the first year of existence, and to those cities that have disappeared from the game.
